In this episode, we also dive deep into what it's like to pull yourself out of a dark night of the soul. I know we have all been there, and maybe you are there right now. Malarie gives some great and practical insight about how she went from rock bottom to calm power, vitality, and clarity. 

Something else really unique about this episode is that we talk about healing ancestral trauma and digging into the parts of us that weren't allowed to shine when we were kids, or even before that. Malarie is headed to Palestine for a pilgrimage of her soul and lineage, to visit family, connect to her roots and bring them healing through breathwork.
